I started at Montgomery in 1958 and was there on the first day. I was one of the pupils in the photo taken for the first school magazine. I was classed as a bit of a rebel along with my best friend Sylvia Brook and we always seemed to be picked out during class for eating or talking. We were both at the reunion at the Red Lion Hotel. I still live in Bispham and have been married to Vance for 40 years. We have two children, a boy, Darren and a girl Sharron, who both went to Montgomery in the early 80's and a granddaughter who started in September.
