Started Monty in 1979(?) left in 1984. Trained and worked as a Chef in and around the Blackpool and Singleton area for 11 years. Also qualified as an AMI and gained a Masters degree in meat Science before staring a career in the Food Manufactiring Industry. 13 yeasr on, now married and living on the edge of the Peak District in Derbyshire, working in Cheshire. Since leaving Balckpool in about 1992 I have studied, worked and lived in Bristol, Dorset, Cheshire and Didsbury. I still visit Blackpool regularly but don't really have conatct with any school friends these days.
