The Edinburgh party, excluding me (the photographer). Third from left, centre row, is Miss Hamer. Dorothy and I were I think just a couple of the third years who went on the trip which was mainly for first years, so I can't really remember any of them, except for the Kenyon twins (front right).

Dorothy Hardman (right) and me at Dryburgh Abbey

Music teacher Audrey McCallum and Domestic Science teacher Mary Simpson at Edinburgh Castle.

First Speech Day and Prize Distribution, 2nd November 1960 Winter Gardens Pavilion. Chief Guest Sir Harold Riley Grime JP, Editor in Chief West Lancashire Evening Gazette. Sixth row back from Left: ?; Dorothy Hardman; Barbara Graham; Carol Ainsworth; Judith Woodhead; Judy Gelder. Seventh row: ?; ?; Lesley Swarbrick (I think); Joy Green (me).
