Welcome to the latest in our newsletters regarding our proposed re-union. Firstly let me apologise for the lack of information since our last update in September.
I have been very busy elsewhere with the new school year starting etc. Anyway, it means I have lots to tell you about. We now have a firm date and venue for
our reunion. It will be on the Saturday May 4th 2002 at the Sheraton Hotel on the promenade in Blackpool. Tickets will be priced at £15 per head to include
a buffet and hopefully, if it can be arranged with the hotel management. some alcoholic beverages at 1971 prices. Don’t go mad though! On the down side however,
the prices at the hotel for accommodation are rather on th high side at £40 per person for one night Bed & Breakfast or £70 per person for two nights (It is a Bank
Holiday however). Guests may wish to seek overnight accommodation elsewhere. If that is the case, you can ring me and I will try to help out. I will be sending out
invitations shortly. I would appreciate a prompt reply. Since my last newsletter we have traced several more of our colleagues. Gillian Hoane, Adele Bingham,
David Pook, David McGregor and Vikki Lythgoe have all been in touch via telephone or e-mail. Thanks to Adele for getting in touch with Dave Pook. As you can
imagine the task is now getting somewhat more difficult as our friends who were easy to trace have already been contacted. Therefore can I ask you all to dig deep
into your memory banks to see if you can recall anyone else. Can I also ask the person who gave me Susan Asworth's Telephone number to ring me again
as I have misplaced it. Unfortunately the web-site has become so large that it is almost impossible to update on such a frequent basis. Therefore I am endeavoring
to change the format. This may take some time , so if you do not here from me for a week or two, that is the reason. The new site will be at the same address so
